Orthopedic surgical robots are a subdivision of surgical robots. Some of the more famous ones are: the 1992 ROBODOC surgery system, released by Integrated Surgical Systems, which has been incorporated into CUREXO Technology.

The grinding accuracy has reached 0.1mm, which has been applied in some European hospitals.
